Dermal fillers restore lost volume, add structure, and smooth wrinkles.
How It Works
Environmental factors, the natural aging process, and genetics can lead to the development of fine lines and wrinkles over time. One of the primary contributors to signs of aging is the loss of youthful collagen in the skin, which causes it to sag and crease. The body produces plenty of collagen until around age 30. After age 30, our bodies create less collagen every year. Dermal fillers are injectable products that can temporarily restore lost facial volume, smooth out wrinkles, and stimulate the production of collagen.

Questions? We’ve Got Answers:
Dermal filler injections result in a natural-looking and long-lasting appearance by plumping targeted areas of the face, neck, and hands. Each type of filler is specially designed for different areas of concern, allowing our specialists to devise fully customized treatment plans for our patients. At The Medical Skin Clinic, we offer a variety of FDA-approved dermal fillers, such as: JUVÉDERM®, JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC, JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™ XC, JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC, JUVEDERM ULTRA®, JUVEDERM ULTRA PLUS®, BELOTERO BALANCE®, Restylane®, Restylane® Refyne™, Restylane®, Defyne™, Restylane® Lyft™, Restylane® Silk, Restylane Kysse®, RHA® Collection of Fillers (RHA Redensity™, RHA® 2, RHA® 3 and RHA® 4).
The exact length of your treatment will vary based on the number of target areas and the amount of product required to achieve the desired results. The product is injected under the skin using thin needles to reverse volume loss and produce a refreshed aesthetic. To ensure the treatment is as comfortable as possible, a topical anesthetic can be applied prior to the injections.
Results after dermal filler treatment are immediately noticeable and should continue to improve as the treated tissues produce new collagen. The longevity of the results will vary from one product to another, but fillers generally last between six months and one year before needing retreatment.
